I'm out here in O.C. (Cypress) for a whole lotta months and looking for what's up. I got a book to write and some networking to do before I go back and live in the jungle on Hawaii again. I grew up out here but left twenty years ago. i am Hoping to meet some cool people and have a little fun in the mean time.

There's an active OC burner community, but it mostly communicates through the yahoo group groups.yahoo.com/group/ocburners/
This weekend many of them are at the combined OC/SD decom, and some of the rest are Cosmic Bowling in Fountain Valley. (You caught me home with a cold). If you want to meet folks tonight, the cosmic bowl is at
Fountain Bowl, 17110 Brookhurst, Fountain Valley. 714-963-7888. Bowling starts after 11:00, but please be there by 10 to get in line and sign up.
(Bowling is a pretty atypical burner activity, but we do it in drag (sometimes - not tonight, that I've heard) or wearing Bowling Man shirts at least, to make it feel more like home.)
